Who publishes klaspr.

French law requires anyone publishing an online service to state who they are, who is responsible for what is published, and who hosts it. This page does that.

Hosting

The application is hosted by Vercel Inc. (vercel.com). The database, authentication service and stored files are operated by Supabase, Inc. (supabase.com).

Intellectual property

The klaspr name, logo, interface, source code and editorial content are the property of the publisher and are protected by intellectual property law. No licence to reproduce or reuse them is granted by the mere fact of visiting the site.

Company names, logos, trade marks and page content belonging to third parties and shown inside the product remain the property of their respective owners. klaspr displays them for the purpose of identification and factual comparison, with the source and date of observation attached. Reporting unlawful content

Under article 6-I-5 of the LCEN, unlawful content can be reported to [general contact email]. Reports should identify the content precisely, give the URL where it appears, and state the legal grounds for the request. Knowingly filing an inaccurate report is itself an offence under the same article.
